  • Fabrication of on-site base slabs (tensioned and non-tensioned bases)

Leadership Team
Katie Kauffman and her husband Dan Kauffman founded Dutchland, Inc. in 1985. Katie has been involved in the wastewater and water industry since 1970. Katie oversees the organization along with the owners and board of directors.

Ben Kauffman has been employed at Dutchland, Inc. for over 25 years. Ben worked in the manufacturing (precast) plant, construction, contract operations, and wastewater treatment plant designs for the first 20 years. His current role includes overseeing company VP’s and new business development.

Lee Kauffman has been employed at Dutchland, Inc. for over 24 years. Lee has extensive construction and project management experience, including general contracting. He currently oversees mechanical construction as well as managing company assets and facilities.

Mary Stoltzfus has been employed at Dutchland, Inc. for 24 years. She has hands-on work experience in manufacturing, construction, quality control and project managing. Certifications from ACI, PTI, PCI and OSHA add to her extensive experience in managing all departments associated with company operations.

Dave Beiler has a great deal of experience in sales and estimating. Dave is also involved with product and business development. He works closely with the engineering department for preliminary and final designs and manages all aspects of estimating and sales.

Stephen Grosh is a results oriented professional who brings a diverse skill set and educational background. Stephen has significant experience in recruitment, retention, organizational development, professional coaching, project management and process change. He currently manages all aspects of Human Resources as well as safety, training and education.

Donald Sheaffer has a broad background in accounting and finance and aligns these areas with the needs, objectives and operations of the organization. While a CPA in public accounting, he had exposure to various industries. Since that time, in industry, his focus has been manufacturing and construction.

Nazar Sabti has diverse experience in design and construction of structural and civil engineering projects. He is licensed as professional engineer in ten states as well in Ontario, Canada. He directs and manages multiple concurrent engineering projects and works closely with the business development department on projects that are under contract and in business development stages.
