Katie Kauffman and her husband Dan Kauffman founded Dutchland, Inc. in 1985. Katie has been involved in the wastewater and water industry for about 35 years. Katie oversees the organization along with the owners and board of directors.

Ben Kauffman has been employed at Dutchland, Inc. for over 23 years. Ben worked in the manufacturing (precast) plant, construction, contract operations, and WWTP designs for the first 20 years. His current role includes overseeing company VP’s and new business development.

Lee Kauffman has been employed at Dutchland, Inc. for over 22 years. Lee has extensive construction and project management experience, including general contracting. He currently oversees mechanical construction as well as managing company assets and facilities.

Mary Ann Stoltzfus has been employed at Dutchland, Inc. for about 20 years. Mary has significant experience in managing production, construction, project management, and other areas of the company. She currently oversees all departments associated with company operations.

Dave Beiler has a great deal of experience in sales and estimating. Dave is also involved with product and business development. He works closely with the engineering department for preliminary and final designs and manages all aspects of estimating and sales.

Stephen Grosh has diverse experience in recruitment, retention, organizational development, project management and process change. Stephen has significant experience as an HR Professional and currently manages all aspects of HR as well as training and education.

Donald Sheaffer has a broad background in accounting and finance and aligns these areas with the needs, objectives and operations of the organization. While a CPA in public accounting, he had exposure to various industries. Since that time, in industry, his focus has been manufacturing and construction.
