WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANTS

	Small flow wastewater treatment plants (typically designed to serve a single residence and up to 5 homes) available in 500 GPD, 750 GPD, 1,000 GPD, 1,250 GPD, and 1,500 GPD. This type of system is designed for subsurface (drainfield and sand mound), spray irrigation, and stream discharge.
	Norweco extended aeration wastewater treatment plants (typically sized from 2,000 GPD to 100,000 GPD).
	Dutchland, Inc. designed extended aeration precast post-tensioned wastewater treatment plants (typically sized from 50,000 GPD to 1 MGD).
	Sequential Batch Reactors (SBRs) designed with precast post-tensioned wall panel systems (typically designed from 50,000 GPD to multiple MGD).

CIRCULAR AWWA D115 AND RECTANGULAR POST-TENSIONED TANKS

• Circular potable and non-potable precast concrete post-tensioned tanks, constructed in accordance with AWWA D115 specifications (typically designed from 20,000 gallons to 10 MG) up to 50 ft. tall.
• Rectangular precast post-tensioned tanks, single and multi-compartment, up to 30 ft. tall with 4 ft., 5 ft., or 6 ft. wide walk-ways.

 

PUMPING STATIONS

• Pumping stations with 4 ft., 5 ft., 6 ft., and 8 ft. diameter structures. Six ft. square and 8 ft. square structures are also available, in addition to custom sized structures. High quality equipment pump and control packages such as (but not limited to) Flygt or Goulds is typical.
• Above and below ground vaults utilized for valve chambers, secondary containment vessels, and other purposes.

BOX CULVERTS, VAULTS, AND MISC.

• Box culverts, vaults, retaining walls, manholes, influent WWTP grinder chambers packaged with Muffin Monster grinders, ultraviolet disinfection chambers packages with Trojan Technologies equipment, oil water separators, grease traps, inlet boxes, and many other precast sewer and storm water related products.

MISCELLANEOUS

• In addition to many standard products, Dutchland, Inc. also manufactures and constructs various types of customized precast concrete products.
