Innovative Technology & Sustainable Solutions

With our anaerobic digestion technologies, Dutchland is leading the charge in biogas and renewable natural gas production. We offer a variety of circular and rectangular AD systems, including Thermophilic, and Mesophilic Digesters, along with supporting infrastructure like hydrolysis tanks, reception tanks, and mix/blend tanks. These systems convert organic waste into energy, reducing environmental impact and contributing to a circular economy.

Our structures are designed and built to ACI 350 standards, with a minimum 50-year design life. By using less material, we reduce capital expenditures and the overall carbon footprint, all while providing highly durable, long-lasting infrastructure.

During the flood of September 2021 caused by hurricane Ida the Pickering creek water treatment plant was inundated with flood waters which completely destroyed a steel water tank
Recovery efforts turned to emergency replacement of the capacity lost.
Pickering creek turned to Dutchland to partner on developing a solution to return the plants lost capacity. Through the partnership a solution was design to not only replace the lost capacity but also provide the plant with an upgraded treatment strategy.
Completed in 4 months!
Repeat client
Tight and challenging site – tank was placed in what was an existing pond that was drained to become the new location for the clearwell tank.
Needed to design the tank to accommodate large 48in influent and effluent pipe
Collaborative design/build process our team was turned to, to create the solution from the early stages
